Parsley: Petroselinum

Parsley is one of the most widely known culinary herbs. The leaves are high in vitamin C, vitamin A, iron and essential, aromatic oils. Like Basil, Parsley leaves are highly used in many dishes. After washing parsley, place it in a glass of water and refrigerate to prolong its use. To ease in chopping, roll up parsley leaves in a single basil leaf then chop precisely.
